资源禀赋、社会保障对农民工土地处置意愿的影响——基于理性选择视角的分析

摘　　要：在城镇化快速推进的背景下,农民工的生计和发展对土地的依赖性在不断减弱。本文利用2013年12月深圳市P区农民工的调查数据,通过建立Mlogit模型,分析了农民工的资源禀赋与社会保障制度对其土地处置意愿的影响。研究结果表明,农民工的宅基地保留意愿依然强烈;其承包地退出意愿明显强于宅基地退出意愿,且受到受教育程度、收入水平、职业状况等个体资源状况及老家住房结构、是否拥有土地等家庭资源状况的显著影响。农村社会保障仅对农民工的承包地处置(包括保留和退出)意愿影响显著,城市社会保障对农民工的宅基地处置(包括保留和退出)意愿影响显著。因此,应在农民工资源禀赋提升的基础上不断完善城乡社会保障制度,从而强化农民工的土地退出意愿。Under the background of urbanization,the land's impact on livelihood and development of migrant workers is small.Using the survey data of rural migrant workers in P District of Shenzhen in December2013,this paper explores the impacts of migrant workers' resource endowment and the social-security system on their willingness of land disposal by building Mlogit models.The results show that rural migrant workers have strong willingness to retain rural homestead.The willingness of migrant workers to quit the contracted land is stronger than the willingness to quit the rural homestead,which is significantly affected by individual resources including education level,income,occupation and family resources including rural housing status,land resources.Rural social-security system only affects their willingness of contracted land disposal significantly.The urban social-security system has significant impacts on their willingness of rural homestead disposal.Thus,it is necessary to enhance the resource endowment of migrant workers and develop the urban and rural social-security system,which promotes migrant workers to quit land.
