摘　　要：目的探讨吲哚胺2,3-二氧化酶(IDO)在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及意义。方法所有新鲜标本作荧光定量PCR,石蜡标本采用SP法进行免疫组化染色检测IDO的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 IDO m RNA与IDO蛋白在正常膀胱组织中表达明显低于膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中表达,差异有统计学意义。在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织IDO表达强度与患者年龄、性别无关,与组织学分类、组织分级及UICC分期有相关性:浸润型与非浸润型之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.60,P=0.018);随着组织分级增高IDO阳性表达率增高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.27,P=0.000);随着UICC分期增高IDO阳性表达率增高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.08,P=0.007)。IDO m RNA表达与组织分级及UICC分期有相关,随着组织分级及UICC分期增高,表达水平增高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.73,P=0.011;t=4.96,P=0.000)。结论 IDO表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌预后不良相关,提示IDO可能成为膀胱尿路上皮癌预后的预测因子及治疗靶点。[ Objective ] To discuss the expression of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase （IDO） in bladder urothelial car- cinoma and its significance. [ Methods ] All the specimen was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR, paraffin specimen was used to detect the expression of IDO by SP immunohistochemical staining, and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics was analysed. [ Results ] The expression of IDO mRNA and IDO in normal blad- der tissue was lower than in bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue obviously, which had statistical significance. The ex- pression intensity of IDO had no correlation with patient age and gender in the bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue. Expression of 1DO in invasive bladder urothelial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in non-invasive, the histological grade and UICC increased with the positive expression rate of IDO increased, and the difference had sta- tistical significance （X2 = 5.600, P = 0.018; X2 = 20.268, P = 0.000; X： = 12.075, P = 0.007）. The expression of IDO mRNA was related to histological grading and UICC stage, which increased as the histological grading and UICC stage increased and the difference was statistical （t = 2.729, P = 0.011; t= 4.955, P = 0.000）. [Conclusions] The expression of IDO is related to the unfavourable prognosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma, indicating that IDO may become the predictive factor and therapy target of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
