ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效及对患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-1β影响的研究

摘　　要：目的分析ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效及对患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响。方法选择在该院接受住院治疗的SAP患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受常规治疗的对照组、接受ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液辅助治疗的观察组,比较两组患者的恢复时间及并发症情况、血清相关指标和血清炎症因子水平等差异。结果 1观察组患者的肠道恢复时间、总住院时间均明显短于对照组,住院期间各种并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2观察组患者接受治疗后的血清白蛋白水平高于对照组,白细胞总数、中性粒细胞总数、血淀粉酶水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);3观察组患者接受治疗后的TNF-α和IL-1β水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液辅助治疗可以有效促进重症急性胰腺炎患者康复,减少并发症发生,降低血清白细胞、血淀粉酶及炎症因子水平。[ Objective ] To analyze the effect of ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion injection in treating severe acute pan- creatitis and its influence on serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and intedeukinc-1β （IL-1β）. [ Methods ] Severe acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital were chosen as research objects and randomly divided into control group received conventional treatment, observation group received ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion auxiliary treatment. Then recovery time, complication rates and serum related indicators, serum inflammatory cytokine levels of two group patients were compared. [Results] （1）Observation group patients＇ recovery time after treatment, total hospital stay time were significantly shorter than control group, and the incidence of various complications during hospitalization was significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）; （2）Observation group patients＇ serum albumin level was higher than control group, total number of white blood cells, neutrophils and blood amylase were signifi- cantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）; （3）serum TNF-α and IL-1β levels of observation group patients were low- er than control group （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion injection auxiliary therapy can effectively promote severe acute pancreatitis patients＇ rehabilitation, reduce complication rates and decrease serum white blood cells number, blood amylase and inflammatory factor levels.
