摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱同时测定安神类中成药和保健食品非法添加的17种化学成分的检测方法。方法:采用Waters Sunfire C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈为流动相A,0.02 mo L·L-1乙酸铵的0.1%乙酸溶液为流动相B,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温(25±5)℃,检测波长210 nm(巴比妥、苯巴比妥、氯美扎酮、异戊巴比妥)、220 nm(佐匹克隆、褪黑素、马来酸氯苯那敏、氯氮平、扎来普隆)、230 nm(酒石酸唑吡坦、奥沙西泮、硝西泮、三唑仑、氯硝西泮、马来酸咪达唑仑、地西泮)、254 nm(奥氮平),进样量10μL。结果:17种化学成分均得到了较好分离,其浓度均在较宽范围内,与峰面积分别呈良好的线性关系(0.999 0<r<0.999 9)。部分样品含有添加的化学成分。结论:本法快速简便,可作为检测安神类中成药和保健食品中非法添加化学成分的有效方法。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the analysis of 17 kinds of the illegal additive chemical components in traditional Chinese medicines and health food. Methods：The test was performed on a Waters Sunfire Cla （4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） column with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.02 mol· L-1 ammoni- um acetate containing 0. 1% acetic acid （gradient elution） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1 ; the column tempera- ture was set at 25 ℃ ; the detection were 210 nm （ barbital, phenobarbital, chlormezanone, amobarbital）, 220 nm （ zopiclone, melatonin, chlorphenamine maleate, clozapine, zaleplone） ,230 rim（ zolpidem tartrate, oxazepam, nitraze- pam, triazolam, clonazepam, midazolam maleate, diazepam） and 254 nm （olanzapine） ; the sample size was 10 μL. Results： Under the selected chromatographic condition, 17 kinds of the chemical components were specifically separated and everyone was in a good linear relationship （0. 999 0 〈 r 〈 0. 999 9） in a wide range. The components were detected in some of the samples. Conclusion：The proved method was specific and rapid ,which can be used to de- tect illegal additive components in traditional Chinese medicines and health food.
