摘　　要：目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)病人外周血单核细胞(PBMC)CD14的表达及其意义。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法、流式细胞术分别检测63例AD病人(AD组)和64例健康查体者(对照组)PBMC中CD14mRNA及蛋白表达水平。结果 AD组PBMC中CD14阳性细胞率为(68.08±10.59)%,明显高于对照组的(39.91±10.36)%(t=4.868,P<0.01)。AD组PBMC中CD14mRNA表达水平(0.392±0.214)高于对照组(0.284±0.172),差异有统计学意义(t=5.991,P<0.01)。AD组病人CD14阳性细胞率与简易智力状况检查法(MMSE)评分呈负相关(r=-0.35,P<0.01)。结论 CD14是AD的风险因子,PBMC中CD14阳性细胞率和CD14mRNA表达可显著影响AD病人的智力状况。Objective To explore the expression of CD14 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells（PBMC）and its significance in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）. Methods Employing real-time quantitative PCR and flowcytometry,the expressions of CD14 mRNA and protein were detected in 63 AD patients and 64 healthy people. Results In AD group,the positive rate of CD14 cells was higher than that in the control group,（68.08±10.59）%vs.（39.91±10.36）%（t=4.868,P0.01）;and the expression of CD14 mRNA in AD group was 0.392±0.214,which was higher than 0.284±0.172 in the control group（t=5.991,P0.01）.The positive rate of CD14 cells in AD group was negatively correlated with MMSE score（r=-0.35,P0.01）.Conclusion CD14 is a risk factor for Alzheimer＇s disease.The positive rate of CD14 cells and expression of CD14 mRNA can notably affect the intelligence of patients with the disease.
