摘  要:目的比较Damon自锁托槽与不同镍钛弓丝组合时弓丝与托槽之间的摩擦力,为自锁托槽排齐整平阶段选择弓丝提供指导。方法在轻度拥挤的上颌牙列模具上粘结托槽,将弓丝按尺寸大小分为A、B两组,使用力学试验机测量弓丝与托槽间的摩擦力。结果 A组中3种弓丝与Damon自锁托槽产生的静摩擦力比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);0.356mm HANT与Damon自锁托槽产生的滑动摩擦力最小,与其他两种弓丝比较,差异均有显著性(F=4.25,q=3.19、3.90,P<0.05)。B组中0.356mm×0.635mm CUNT与Damon自锁托槽产生的静摩擦力最大,与其他两种弓丝比较差异有显著性(F=18.716,q=7.34、7.55,P<0.05)。0.356mm×0.635 mm CUNT与Damon自锁托槽产生的滑动摩擦力也最大,与其他两种弓丝比较差异有显著性(F=6.651,q=3.38、4.88,P<0.05)。结论镍钛方丝与Damon自锁托槽组合时的摩擦力较大,不利于牙齿的移动;0.356mm HANT摩擦力最小,有利于排齐初期牙齿的移动。Objective To compare the frictional resistance caused by Damon self-ligating brackets combined with different kinds of nickel-titanium arch wires,and provide a guidance for selecting arch wires in the aligning and leveling stage of self-ligating brackets. Methods Brackets were bonded to the testing model.The arch wires were divided into group A and group B according to the size of wires.Employing a mechanical testing machine to measure the friction produced between arch wires and bracket. Results The difference of friction between the three kinds of arch wires in group A and Damon self-ligating brackets was not significant(P0.05).The sliding frictional resistance produced by 0.356 mm HANT arch wires with self-1igating brackets was smallest,compared with the other two kinds of arch wires,the differences were significant(F=4.25;q=3.19,3.90;P0.05).In group B,the 0.356mm×0.635 mm CUNT arch wire with self-1igating brackets produced the largest static friction resis-tance.Compared with the other two kinds of wires,it showed significantly different(F=18.72;q=7.34,7.55;P0.05).The sli-ding friction resistance produced by them was also largest(F=6.65;q=3.38,4.88;P0.05). Conclusion When the different nickel-titanium arch wires combined with Damon self-ligating brackets,square nickel titanium wire produces much larger friction,which is not conducive to the movement of teeth.The 0.356 mm HANT wires produce smallest friction and is good for the movement during orthodontic phase of leveling and aligning.
