摘 要:目的探讨青岛地区儿童和青少年第三磨牙牙龄与年龄、牙龄与颈椎骨龄的相关性。方法选择我院口腔正畸科就诊的231例病人,在曲面断层X线片上,参照DEMINJIAN法评估左下颌第三磨牙牙龄;在头颅定位侧位X线片上,运用BACCETTI法评估颈椎骨龄。对不同性别第三磨牙牙龄进行比较。对第三磨牙牙龄与颈椎骨龄、年龄的关系进行分析。结果不同性别第三磨牙牙齿钙化分期年龄分布差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。男女第三磨牙牙龄与年龄、颈椎骨龄均呈显著正相关(r=0.840~0.934,P〈0.05)。结论第三磨牙牙龄可以作为推断儿童和青少年生物学年龄的一个可靠指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between the dental age of the third molar and chronological age,the dental age and bone age of cervical vertebrae in children and adolescents of Qingdao. Methods This study consisted of 231 patients treated in Department of Orthodontics of our hospital.On digital panoramic radiographs,the dental age of mandibular left third molar tooth was assessed in accordance with DEMINJIAN method;on lateral skull cephalograms,the bone age of cervical vertebrae was assessed in accordance with BACCETTI method.The dental age of third molar was compared between male and female.The relationship between dental age,bone age of cervical vertebrae and chronological age was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between different sex in regard to the development of third molar(P0.05).A strong correlation was found between the dental age,chronological age and bone age of cervical vertebrae(r=0.840-0.934,P0.05). Conclusion The dental age of the third molar can be used as a reliable indicator for deducing biological age of children and adolescents.
