摘　　要：针对生产企业实施精益管理过程中的现实问题,总结推行难点,并结合内蒙古北方重型汽车股份有限公司实施精益管理的经验,从精益组织机构、工作流程、推进要点、保障机制等方面阐述生产企业推进精益管理的措施和方法。北方股份取得的实际成果表明,精益管理的推行,能够加强企业的基础管理,提高市场竞争力。It is describing how a productive corporate can put forward and actuate an lean management in combination with experience of Inner Mongolia North Hauler Joint Stock Co.,Ltd.(NHL).In view of existing issues,hard spots in the way of promotion along operational process of such type management.The description also includes an excelsior management's organ structure,operational flow,key points to push forward,guarantee mechanism,and other measures and methods for promotion.Results gained by NHL show that the excelsior corporate management's push-forward can strengthen the corporate fundamental management while upgrading its competitive power over the market.
