信息知识信念行为模式护理干预在宫颈癌手术患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察信息知识信念行为模式护理用于宫颈癌手术患者的效果。方法选取2011年10月至2013年10月在我院进行手术治疗的宫颈癌患者120例为研究对象,随机分为干预组和常规组各60例。干预组对患者采用信息知识信念行为模式护理进行护理,常规组仅进行常规的护理,比较两组护理效果。结果干预组手术前焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)水平明显低于对照组,差异有明显的统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组患者住院时间,术后排气时间均明显少于对照组,而术后遵医嘱进行锻炼的患者比例干预组明显高于对照组,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组患者在宣教满意度、态度满意度、操作满意度以及结果满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论信息知识信念行为模式在宫颈癌手术患者进行应用能缓解患者不良心理情绪,提高患者满意程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of IKAP-Pattern nursing intervention on patients with cervical carcinoma. Methods From October 2012 to October 2013,60 cases with cervical carcinoma were randomly selected and divided into intervention group and convention group. intervention group received IKAPPattern nursing intervention,and convention group received a conventional nursing,The effects of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results of two groups were compared. Results The intervention group before surgery self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） and self-rating depression scale; self-rating depressive scale（ SDS） were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）; intervention group patients hospital stay,postoperative discharge time was significantly less than the control group,and postoperative respect the proportion of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher exercise prescription,a significant difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）; intervention group patients missionary satisfaction, attitudes, satisfaction, satisfaction, and operating results were significantly higher satisfaction in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions IKAPPattern nursing intervention on patients with cervical carcinoma palliation bad psychological, to relieve postoperative pain,improve patient satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
