摘　　要：目的探讨EB病毒（EBV）潜伏膜蛋白1（LMP1）基因XhoⅠ位点缺失突变与高发区鼻咽癌（NPC）发生的关系。方法检索PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、维普、中国知网等数据库,收集发表于1990年1月1日—2014年12月31日的与LMP1基因XhoⅠ位点缺失突变相关的文献,根据纳入与排除标准纳入文献并提取相关数据。采用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析,以比值比（OR）和95%可信区间（95%CI）为效应值,采用随机效应模型进行分析,并进行发表文献偏倚评估。结果纳入文献共8篇,病例349例,对照150例,入选文献无发表偏倚,各研究之间无异质性,各项研究的合并OR值为26.82（95%CI=8.42~85.40）。结论 EBV LMP1基因XhoⅠ位点缺失突变与高发区NPC可能存在相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between XhoⅠ loss in latent membrane 1（LMP1）gene of EpsteinBarr virus and endemic nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）. Methods The databases of PubMed,CBM,Wanfang,Weipu and CNKI were searched for the literature regarding XhoⅠ loss in LMP1 gene published from January l,1990 to December 31,2014,and the related data were collected according to inclusion-and-exclusion criteria.Odds radio（OR）and 95% confidence interval（95%CI）were used to analyze the correlation between XhoⅠ loss and NPC in random effect pooled measure.Egger＇s test was used to assess the publication bias. Results Eight studies including 349 NPC cases and 150 control cases were pooled in this Meta-analysis and no publication bias was found.The pooled ORvalue（95%CI）was 26.82（8.42-85.40）. Conclusion The Metaanalysis suggests the XhoⅠ loss in LMP1 gene of EBV is probably associated with endemic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
