IGF2和IMP3在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子2（IGF2）和IGF2mRNA结合蛋白3（IMP3）在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测78例胃癌及62例胃切缘组织中IGF2和IMP3蛋白表达,并分析它们与临床病理指标之间的关系。结果胃癌组织中IGF2和IMP3的阳性表达率明显高于胃切缘组织（χ^2=116.301、122.666,P〈0.01）。IGF2的表达与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、脉管癌栓、淋巴结转移、肿瘤的复发有关（χ^2=7.742~14.524,P〈0.05）,而与病人性别、年龄及包块长径无关（P〉0.05）。IMP3表达与肿瘤分化程度、脉管癌栓、淋巴结转移、肿瘤的复发有关（χ^2=4.457-6.281,P〈0.05）,而与病人年龄、性别、TNM分期、包块长径无关（P〉0.05）。两者在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关（rs=0.366,P〈0.05）。结论 IGF2和IMP3的检测对胃癌预后判断有一定的价值,两者可能成为胃癌预后判断新的有用指标。Objective To explore the expressions of IGF2 and IMP3protein and their clinical significance in gastric carcinoma. Methods Employing immunohistochemical method,the expressions of IGF2 and IMP3in the cancer tissue and in its cutting edge were detected,the correlation between the expressions and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of IGF2 and IMP3in the cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the cutting-edge gastric tissue（χ^2=116.301,122.666;P〈0.01）.The expression of IGF2 was closely related with the degree of cell differentiation,TNM staging,vessel cancer embolus,lymph node metastasis and recurrence（χ^2=7.742-14.524,P〈0.05）,but not with the gender,age of the patient and long diameter of the mass（P〉0.05）.The expression of IMP3 was related with the degree of cell differentiation,vessel cancer embolus,lymph node metastasis,and recurrence（χ^2=4.457-6.281,P〈0.05）,but not with the age and gender of the patient,TNM staging and long diameter of the mass（P〉0.05）.The two biomarkers were positively correlated in tissue of gastric cancer（rs=0.366,P〉0.05）. Conclusion The detection of IGF2 and IMP3has a certain value,and both of them are likely to become a new marker,in predicting the prognosis of gastric cancer.
