摘 要:为实现配方烟草样品等温吸湿曲线、水活度的预测,对Smith模型、DLP模型在描述不同类型样品等温吸湿曲线的适用性方面进行了考察,根据质量平衡方程构建了配方烟草样品等温吸湿的预测模型,对模型预测配方烟草样品等温吸湿曲线、水活度的效果进行了验证。结果表明:在描述不同类型烟草样品等温吸湿特性上,DLP模型的拟合精度高于Smith模型,并有较宽的水活度适用范围;6种样品(再造烟叶丝、梗丝、叶丝、烟支、烟支烟丝段、烟支滤嘴段)的等温吸湿曲线预测模型的最大平均相对误差为4.51%;18个配方烟草样品水活度预测值的最大相对偏差为6.33%,最小相对偏差为0.58%,平均相对偏差为1.90%,预测值与实验值的决定系数R2为0.993 9。因此,该模型在预测配方烟草样品等温吸湿曲线和水活度方面有较高的准确性。In order to predict the isothermal absorption curve and water activity of blended tobacco, the applicabilities of Smith model and DLP model in describing the isothermal absorption curves of different type tobacco samples were investigated. Prediction models were established based on mass equilibrium equation, and the established models were validated. The results showed that DLP model fitted more precisely than did the Smith model in describing the isothermal absorption characteristics and applied to a wider range of water activity of tobacco samples of different types. The maximum mean relative error of prediction models for isothermal absorption curves of 6 tobacco samples (including cut reconstituted tobacco, cut stem, cut strips, cigarette, tobacco rod and filter sections of cigarettes) was 4.51%. The maximum, minimum and mean relative deviations of predictive values of water activities of 18 blended tobacco samples were 6.33%, 0.58% and 1.90%, respectively, with the determination coefficient R2 of 0.993 9.
