墨西哥贫困儿童教育问题及对策研究——基于联合国千年发展目标的视角

摘　　要：联合国千年发展目标(Millennium Development Goals,MDGs)的终点时间2015年即将到来,教育作为千年发展目标中的重要监测目标,受到联合国相关组织、各国政府以及相关社会组织的广泛关注。本文在回顾墨西哥贫困儿童受教育状况的基础上,系统分析在教育千年发展目标的监测框架内,墨西哥政府实施的包括"机会计划"在内的系列措施及其成效,以期为我国贫困儿童的教育发展提供借鉴和参考。The target date 2015 for fulfilling the Millennium Development Goals is coming. Education, as one important monitoring goal of MDGs, has attracted extensive attention of organizations of the United Nations, national governments and social organizations. From the view of the condition of Mexico＇s education for poor children, this paper based on education development goal which was stipulated in MDGs. The Mexican government has adopted a series of measures, including ＂Oportunidades＂. Thus Mexico has achieved gratifying successes in the field of making primary education universal and eliminating sex differences in education, completing the Millennium Development Goals in the main, so that we can gain enlightenment and reference of education development for poor children in China.
