阿昔洛韦滴眼液与更昔洛韦凝胶治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的 分析比较阿昔洛韦滴眼液与更昔洛韦凝胶治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年1月~2014年2月治疗的单疱病毒性角膜炎患者98例作为研究对象,均为单眼发病,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组49例,对照组给予阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗,观察组给予更昔洛韦凝胶治疗,均治疗3周,随访1年,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果 观察组的总有效率为97.96%,显著高于对照组的81.65%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组眼部不适1例,不良反应发生率为2.04%,对照组眼部疼痛3例,眼部不适3例,不良反应发生率为12.24%,观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组复发率为4.08%,显著低于对照组的18.37%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 更昔洛韦凝胶治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床效果优于阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗,具有治疗时间短、不良反应少、复发率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analysis and compare the clinical curative effect of acyclovir eyedrops and ganciclovir oph- thalmic gel in the treatment of herpes simmplex keratitis. Methods 98 cases were Selected with herpes simmplex kerati- tis from January 2013 to February 2013 who reseived hospital treatment, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group had 49 cases, control group given acyclovir eye drops and observation group was given more ganciclovir ophthalmic gel treatment respectively, there were treated for three weeks, followed up for 1 year, contrast observed the curative effect of two groups of patients, the occurrence and recurrence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was 97. 96%, the observation group is significantly higher than 81.65% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Observation group discomfort in 1 case, the incidence of adverse reac- tions was 2. 04%, control group ocular pain （3 cases）, eye discomfort in 3 cases, the incidence of adverse reactions was 12. 24%, the incidences of adverse reactions to observe is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Observation group recurrence rate was 4. 08%, significantly less than 18.37% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusions Ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in the treatment of herpes simmplex keratitis is better than acyclovir eye drops, had a short treatment time, less adverse reaction, and low recurrence rate, being worthy of clinical popularization and application.
