摘　　要：介绍了一种智能温控表的设计方法、系统构成和软件设计;该智能温控表以STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心,采用高精度PT1000铂电阻作为温度传感器,通过内置的10位A/D转换器采集到电压信号,实现对当前的环境温度采集,将目标温度值与实际温度值经过增量式PID运算得出相应控制量数据,可使得控制的温度稳定在与目标温度误差2℃以内,控制精确高,可靠性好;另外该智能温控表还具有通用性强,可方便连接控制多种加热设备、便于检测和修改的模块化编程、参数可调和使用灵活等优点。This paper introduces a kind of intelligent temperature control meter design method,system structure and software design,the intelligent temperature control meter adopts the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core,uses the high precision PTIOOO platinum resistance as temperature sensor,through the built-in 10 bit A/D converter to achieve collection to the voltage signal,comparing target temperature value and the actual the temperature value by the incremental PID arithmetic to get the corresponding control data,can make the temperature control in and the target temperature error within 2℃,the control precision is high,the reliability is good,in addition,the intelligent temperature control meter also has the advantages of strong versatility,convenient connection control many kinds of heating equipment.the modular programming,parameter detection and modification adjustable and flexible operation.
