摘 要:目的探讨脂联素基因SNPs-11377C/G多态性与女性乳腺癌发生的相关性。方法用聚合酶链式反应-限制性内切酶长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术观察脂联素基因在不同人群中的单核苷酸多态性,其中包括乳腺癌组患者70人,健康对照组30人。结果 SNPs-11377C/G等位基因频率在乳腺癌和正常对照组间分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),乳腺癌患者组CG基因型分布频率高于GG型和对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组CC基因型CA153与CEA表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论脂联素基因启动子区SNPs-11377C/G基因多态性与乳腺癌疾病发生有相关性。Objective To study the association of SNPs-11377C/G in proximal promoter region of adiponectin gene with breast cancer for female.Methods The PCR-RFLP techniques were adopted to test SNPs in the proximal promoter region of the APM1 gene in 30 normal control group and 70 breast cancer group.Results There were no significant difference of the distribution of the Gensini coronary scores in the two groups(P〉0.05).The frequencies of CG were higher than GG in breast cancer compared with normal.In breast cancer group,serum CA153 and CEA level of GG genotype and CC genotype at position-11377 were significantly higher than in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that SNPs-11377C/G in proximal promoter region of adiponectin gene may contribute to the risk of breast cancer for female.
