基于胃癌组织端粒酶活性检测的临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的通过检测胃癌组织中端粒酶活性,探讨端粒酶与胃癌的临床病理关系。方法选取2012年10月至2013年11月来我院治疗的60例胃癌患者为研究对象,采用PCR-TRAP方法检测胃癌组织及癌旁组织中端粒酶活性。结果胃癌组织中的端粒酶表达阳性率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),胃癌不同分期之间端粒酶活性阳性率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),低分化胃癌组织端粒酶活性阳性率明显高于高度分化和中度分化胃癌组织(P<0.05)。结论端粒酶活性上调可能参与胃癌的病理过程,端粒酶活性与胃癌临床病理分化程度有关。Objective To investigate the telomerase activity in gastric cancer tissues,in order to explore the relationship between telomerase and clinical pathology of gastric cancer.Methods 60 cases of patients with gastric cancer were select as research subjects in our hospital from October 2012 to November 2013.The telomerase activities in gastric cancer tissue and adjacent cancer tissue were detected by using PCR-TRAP method.Results The positive rate expression of telomerase in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues（P〈0.05）,the positive rate of telomerase activity between the different stages of gastric cancer was no significant difference（P〉0.05）,The positive rate of telomerase in poorly differentiated gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than the activity of highly differentiated and moderately differentiated gastric cancer tissues（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Telomerase activation may be involved in the pathological process of gastric cancer,telomerase activity may relate to the degree of differentiation of gastric clinicopathological.
