摘　　要：随着越来越多的企业将企业社会责任纳入企业的战略体系,本文力求阐释企业如何利用不同管理控制模式和机制促进反应性企业社会责任和战略性企业社会责任议程的管理和实施。本研究采用案例研究的方法,以一个中央企业的社会责任的管理控制为实证案例,提出管理控制的边界系统与诊断模式的使用更加有利于反应性企业社会责任的实施,而信念体系和MCS的交互使用则更能促进组织发起和管理战略性企业社会责任计划。As social responsibility is increasingly taken into corporate strategies,this paper tries to elaborate how firms utilize different control models and mechanisms in order to manage and operationalize different responsive and strategic CSR agendas. This paper adopts the case study approach and draws on the empirical data collected from a central stateowned enterprise. It proposes that the boundary system and the diagnostic use of management control system are more suitable for the implementation of responsive CSR agendas,while the belief system and the interactive use of management control system can promote the organization launching and managing the social responsibility plan of strategic enterprise.
