摘 要:目的探讨肝癌组织中P16、P21、P53及NF—κBP50表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测57例肝癌组织及27例癌旁正常肝组织芯片中P16、P21、P53及NF—κBP50的表达情况,并探讨其与肝癌分化程度之间的相关性。结果在肝癌组织中,P16及P21蛋白表达较正常组织明显降低(分别为P=0.039,P=0.024);P53及NF—κBP50蛋白表达较正常组织明显增高(分别为P=0.003,P=0.028)。P16和P21表达水平与肝癌分化程度呈正相关,分化程度低者P16及P21阴性表达率高,差异有显著性(分别为P=0.033,P=0.020);P53和NF—κBP50表达水平与肝癌分化程度呈负相关,分化程度低者其阳性表达率高,差异有显著性(分别为P=0.036,P=0.013)。结论联合检测P16、P21、P53及NF—κBP50对肝癌诊断和分化程度的鉴别具有一定的临床指导意义。Objective To explore the expression of P16, P21, P53 and NF - κB P50 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of P16, P21, P53 and NF - κB P50 in tissue chips from 57 cases of HCC and 27 cases of normal liver tissue were examined by immunohistochemical staining. Their correlations with differentiation degrees of HCC were analyzed. Results Expressions of P16 and P21 were significantly lower in HCC tissues than those in normal tissues ( P = 0. 039 and P = 0. 024, respectively). Expressions of P53 and NF - KB PS0 were significantly higher in HCC tissues than those in normal tissues ( P = 0. 003 and P = 0.028, respectively). Expressions of P16 and P21 were positively associated with differentiation degrees. Negative expression rate of P16 and P21 were high in low - differentiation HCC ( P = 0. 033 and P = 0. 020, respectively). Expressions of P53 and NF - KB PS0 were negatively correlated to differentiation degrees of HCC. Positive expression rate of P53 and NF - κB P50 were high in low - differentiation HCC ( P = 0. 033 and P = 0.013, respectively). Conclusion Combined detection of P16, P21, P53 and NF - κB P50 has a certain clinical significance in diagnosis and identification of differentiation degree in HCC.
