摘 要:作为高速列车关键承载部件之一的车轴,其强度直接决定着高速列车的运行安全,分析影响高速列车车轴强度的关键结构参数具有十分重要的意义。结合Isight软件提出了基于Morris方法的全局灵敏度分析流程,以某型车车轴的设计为例,选取车轴各轴段半径参数作为设计参数,利用ANSYS的APDL语言编写了仿真计算程序。在Isight软件的集成环境下,实现了Morris采样方法驱动ANSYS仿真程序自动采样,在采样结果的基础上,运用Morris灵敏度计算方法进行全局灵敏度分析,得出了车轴各轴段半径对车轴强度的不同影响程度,其结果对指导车轴结构优化设计具有一定意义。As one of the key carrying member in high-speed train, the axle strength determines the running safety of high-speed trains directly. An analysis on the key structural parameters that affects the axle strength of high-speed train should have very important significance. A Morris-based process for analysis of global sensitivity was proposed in combination of Isight software that took a car axle design as the sample where the radius parameters at each axle segment were selected as the design parameters and APDL language of ANSYS was used to compile the simulation program. Under an integrated environment of Isight software, automatic sampling could be achieved by ANSYS simulation program that was driven via Morris sampling method. The analysis for global sensitivity was performed through Morris sensitivity calculation based on the sampling results to obtain varied impacts of the radius at each axle segment to the axle strength, the results had some significances in the design of axle structural optimization.
