摘  要:运用Abaqus有限元分析软件建立了某型直线振动筛的有限元计算模型,对其模态特性和动应力分布进行了研究。针对现有结构的设计缺陷提出了改进方案,并对改进前、后的结构进行了对比分析。分析发现改进后的结构能够有效避免共振现象的发生;工作过程中各部件的动应力值分布更加均匀,且均小于材料的许用应力值。该研究也给其他型振动筛的结构设计提供了可借鉴的方法。The finite element model of linear vibrating screen is built by the finite element software Abaqus. It's modal characteristics and the distribution of dynamic stress are studied. Improvements are proposed according to the existing design defects. Then the comparative analysis is carried out between the improved structure and the original structure. The results show that the improvement can effectively avoid the occurrence of resonance; in the work process, the distribution of the dynamic stress for each component is more uniform; all the dynamic stresses are less than the allowable stress of the material.The analysis method offers references for structure design of other vibrating screens.
