摘　　要：分析了矿井提升机盘式制动系统的可靠性功能及故障模式,通过建立可靠性框图,构造了矿井提升机盘式制动系统的可靠性数学模型,并运用Matlab软件,分别分析了实际运行环境及盘闸的数目对矿井提升机盘式制动系统可靠性的影响。对于矿井提升机制动系统的安全运转有着重要的现实意义。Mainly analyzes the reliability function and failure mode of disc braking system of mine hoisting machine, through the establishment of reliability block diagram, the reliability mathematical model of mine hoist brake system, and the use of Matlab software, analyzed the impact of the number of actual operating environment and the reliability of the machine brake disc braking system of mine hoist.Is of great significance to the safe operation of the braking system of mine hoist.
