长三角与珠三角地区环保投融资机制创新研究

摘　　要：针对近年来长三角与珠三角地区的环境治理情况进行分析,发现其投融资结构还存在问题,其环保投资主体单一,投资总额不足,并且投资效率不高,但长三角地区的环境治理投融资情况总体上略好于珠三角。在深入分析产生问题的原因的基础上,提出适应时代发展与要求的环保投融资创新机制。After analyzing the environmental governance of Yangtze River Delta in recent years, we find some problems in its investment and financing strueture. There are too few investors in environmental investment and the gross investment can＇ t meet the requirement absolutely. Meanwhile, the investment efficiency of these regions is still staying in low level. The result of environmental governance of Yangtze River Delta is little better than that of Pearl River Delta. After analyzing why those phenomena come out, this article gives some suggestions about how to improve the model of environmental protec- tion investment and financing.
