摘 要:针对高温高矿化度的油藏,考察了磺化聚丙烯酰胺(SPAM)和聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)体系中反应温度、一价和二价金属离子浓度对其黏度的影响,通过添加络合剂降低SPAM体系中二价金属离子浓度而提高其黏度,评价SPAM的长期稳定性。研究结果表明:与HPAM相比,SPAM具有更好的抗温耐盐性,添加络合剂三乙醇胺可有效降低二价金属离子浓度,SPAM溶液的黏度可提高37.5%;添加络合剂葡萄糖酸可有效降低二价金属离子浓度,SPAM溶液的黏度可提高30%。SPAM体系90 d稳定性评价试验结果表明:同时加入络合剂和黏度稳定剂,SPAM溶液可保持较高的黏度保留率。Aiming at the high salinity reservoir,the influences of reaction temperature and concentration of monovalent and divalent metal ions of sulfonated polyacrylamide( SPAM) and polyacrylamide( HPAM) systems on the viscosity of SPAM and HPAM are investigated. The viscosity of the system is increased by adding complexing agents to reduce the concentration of divalent ions in the system,and the long-term stability of SPAM system is evaluated. The results show that compared with HPAM,SPAM has better performances of heat tolerance and salt-resistant,adding triethanolamine complexing agent can effectively reduce the concentration of divalent metal ions,the viscosity of SPAM solution can be increased by 37. 5%; adding sodium gluconate complexing agent can also effectively reduce the concentration of divalent metal ions,the viscosity of SPAM solution can be increased by 30%. The 90-day stability evaluation results of SPAM system show that adding complexing agents and viscosity stabilizers,SPAM solution can maintain higher viscosity retention rate.
