后天性肾上腺肿瘤性征异常症的临床特点及治疗

摘　　要：目的 探讨后天性肾上腺肿瘤性征异常症的临床特点及治疗方式。方法 总结 11 例后天性肾上腺肿瘤性征异常患者的临床资料。结果 11 例均为女性患者，表现为女性男性化，其中 3 例伴有库兴综合征。患者全部行肿瘤切除术，病理提示为肾上腺皮质腺瘤，术后复查睾酮均降至女性正常水平。术后异常性征消失，有正常月经，随访 1~9 年无肿瘤复发。结论 后天性肾上腺肿瘤性征异常症中女性男性化较为常见，也会表现为混合性分泌紊乱综合征。肾上腺肿瘤为后天性肾上腺性征异常的主要病因，肿瘤切除术是其有效的治疗方式。Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of acquired adrenogenital syndrome of adrenal tumor.Methods 11 cases of acquired adrenogenital syndrome of adrenal tumor had been admitted and treated,and the data was analyzed.Results 11 caseswere all females and the performace was male characteristics. On image examination,a space- occupying mass was found in the adrenal gland in all the 11 cases. 11 cases underwent tumor resection and pathology was adrenal adenoma. The level of testosterone decreased to normal level,and abnormal sexuality disappeared and there was normal menstruation after surgery. No recurrence had been noted after resection of the adrenal adenoma in following up for 1- 9 years. Conclusion Male characteristics of the femal is very common in acquired adrenogenital syndrome of adrenal tumor,and also have mixed disorder secretion syndrome. Adrenal tumor is main the etiology and tumor resection is recommendable method.
