应用现代根管治疗技术诊治C形根管系统的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用现代根管治疗技术诊治C形根管系统的疗效。方法通过X线片、锥形束CT(CBCT)、牙科显微镜,对106例具有C形根管系统的患牙进行形态学分类;采用机用镍钛器械K3进行根管预备,次氯酸钠超声冲洗,热牙胶连续波加压技术充填根管。结果 106例C形根管系统形态类型发生率为C1形32例(30.1%),C2形18例(16.7%),C3形54例(51.3%),其他2例(1.9%);73.6%的C形根管患牙X线片表现为锥形融合牙根,26.4%表现为近、远中独立牙根;预备充填成功率为97.2%,效果好。结论现代根管诊疗技术是准确诊断C形根管系统类型及高质量根管预备充填的有效方法。Objective To explore Clinical classification and curative effect of application of modern root canal treatment technology diagnosis and treatment c- shaped root canal system. Methods The morphology classification of 106 cases with C shape of tooth root canals system was performed by X- ray films,cone beam CT（ CBCT） and dental microscope. The root canal was prepared by using machine K3 with nickel- titanium instrument,sodium hypochlorite ultrasonic was used for washing and hot tooth root canal filling glue continuous wave pressure technology. Results The system morphology classification for C1 was 32（ 30. 1%）,C2 was 18（ 16. 7%）,C3 was 54（ 51. 3%）,and the others were 2（ 1. 9%）; According to the X- ray films,73. 6% of teeth with C- shaped canals system had fused roots,and 26. 4 % of C- shaped canals system teeth revealed the distinct mesial and distal roots. The success rate of prepare filling was 97. 2% and the effect was better. Conclusion Modern technology of root canal treatment is accurate in the diagnosis of c- shaped root canal system type and high quality effective method that the filling of root canal preparation.
