摘  要:利用重构法将水滑石(HT)原位构建到聚乙烯亚胺-环氧氯丙烷共聚物(PEIE)分子链间制成PEIE-HT复合物,将PEIE-HT复合物涂覆于聚砜超滤膜(PSf)上,制成PEIE-HT/PSf复合膜。以CO2/N2(15%(φ)CO2+85%(φ)N2)混合气为进料气,考察了HT衍生复合氧化物(LDO)添加量、压力、湿涂层厚度和温度对PEIE-HT/PSf复合膜渗透选择性能的影响。实验结果表明,LDO添加量为1.0%(w)、湿涂层厚度为50μm的PEIE-HT/PSf复合膜,在0.11 MPa和25℃的条件下,CO2渗透速率可达5 693 GPU,CO2/N2分离因子达268,显示出良好的CO2分离性能,具有在烟道气或密闭空间等场合捕集CO2的良好应用前景。A PEIE-HT complex was prepared through a reconstruction method,which structured hydrotalcite(HT) channels in the molecular chains of the polyethyleneimine-epichlorohydrin copolymer(PEIE),and then the PEIE-HT/PSf composite membrane was manufactured by coating PEIE-HT complex on polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane(PSf). The effects of LDO(HT precursor)dosage,pressure,wet coating thickness and temperature on the performances of the PEIE-HT/PSf composite membrane were investigated. The PEIE-HT/PSf composite membrane revealed excellent performances for gas separation. Under the conditions of CO2/N2(15%(φ)CO2 + 85%(φ)N2) as feed gas,LDO dosage 1.0%(w),wet coating thickness 50 μm,0.11 MPa and 25 ℃,the CO2 permeance and the CO2 /N2 selectivity of PEIE-HT/PSf composite membrane reached 5 693 GPU and 268,respectively. The PEIE-HT/PSf composite membrane could be used to capture CO2 in flue gas or purify air in a confined space.
