摘  要:通过模拟雾霾天气的氛围,以超声水雾、水蒸气和烟气等为简化的雾霾模型,分析了雾霾中不同因素和参数(物质成分、界面形状、粒径分布、体积分数、电压极性等)对输电线路间放电击穿电压和放电路径选择的影响,找到了雾霾天气下电气外绝缘的击穿电压所需满足的绝缘水平和外绝缘工程最佳设计方法;同时研究了模拟雾霾作为污染物对输变电设备的绝缘子的击穿特性,探索了在这种特殊气象条件下的工频闪络的规律,提出了更加准确的输电线外绝缘防护措施.In order to understand the influences of the external insulation of the transmission lines,ultrasound-mist,vapor and smoke are employed to simulate fog-haze environment. The laws on the breakdown voltage and discharge path in the transmission lines have been investigated by the different factors and parameters in the haze. The insulation level and optimal design in the haze weather is obtained from the material composition,interface shape,size distribution,volume fraction and voltage polarity in the transmission lines. The discharge characteristics have also been studied when the simulated fog-haze is regarded as the artificial contamination insulator. The results of the experiments show the pollution flashover laws and the more precise safeguard measures can be come up with in the haze weather.
