摘　　要：基于医学图书馆转型发展需要和公众健康信息需求,对国内外医学图书馆延伸服务现状进行总结,采用文献调研和网络调研的方法对MedlinePlus网站、灾害医学信息服务、患者图书馆等国外典型医学图书馆延伸服务案例进行介绍,以期为我国医学图书馆开展延伸服务提供借鉴。The extended service in domestic and foreign medical libraries was summarized according to the transformation of medical library and the need of public health information followed by a description of some typical cases of extended service provided by Medline Plus website,Disaster Medical Information Management Research Center,and patient libraries in order to provide the reference for domestic medical libraries to cary out their extended service.
