摘　　要：为了提高我国医疗资源整体利用率,各地区相继组成"教学医院集团"。但由于体制的问题,我国目前各教学医院集团的主体和附体之间存在差别,需要一种科学的管理模式进行指导。我院引入"协同论"的理论原理,构建基于协同论的"教学医院集团"模式,具有理论和现实指导意义。In order to improve the overall utilization rate of medical resources in China, many regions have formed Teaching Hospital Group. But due to the system problem, there are some differences between the principle part and the attached part, a scientific management model is needed for guidance. The synergetics-theory, a model built for the Teaching Hospital Group, plays an important role for theory and practice.
