细胞性良性纤维组织细胞瘤1例

摘　　要：患者,女,35岁。左肘关节伸侧单发结节20余年。组织病理示:真皮内梭形组织样细胞形成境界清楚的肿瘤团决,可见胶原分割现象。Vimentin、CD68强阳性,CD34阳性,S-100蛋白、α-SMA、Ki-67阴性。诊断细胞性良性纤维组织细胞瘤。A 35-year-old female presented with single nodule on the extensor aspect of left elbow for more than 20 years. Biopsy showed the tumor located in the dermis and the border of tumor was clear. The tumor cells consisted of spindle shaped cells which were surrounded by sclerotic collagen bundle. Immunohisto-chemistry showed the positivity of vimentin, CD68 and CD34. The diagnosis of cellular benign fibrous histio-cytoma was made.
