PDCD4和survivin在尖锐湿疣、鲍恩样丘疹病、Bowen病及鳞状细胞癌皮损中的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨程序性细胞凋亡因子4(PDCD4)和生存素(survivin)在尖锐湿疣(CA)、鲍恩样丘疹病(BP)、Bow en病(BD)、鳞状细胞癌(SCC)皮损中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化M ax Vision方法检测CA组30例、BP组28例、BD组10例、SCC组11例皮损和正常对照组10例中PDCD4及survivin的表达。结果 1BP组、BD组和SSC组皮损中PDCD4表达均较正常对照组低(P<0.05),SCC组较CA组表达低(P<0.05),其余各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2survivin在BD组和SCC组的表达高于正常对照组,SCC组高于CA组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PDCD4有抑制细胞异常增殖的作用,在皮肤良性增殖性疾病向恶性皮肤肿瘤的转化中发挥一定抑制作用;survivin过度表达可抑制细胞凋亡、促进细胞增殖。Objective To explore the expressions of programmed cell death 4（ PDCD4） and survivin in patients with condyloma acuminatum（ CA）,Bow enoid papulosis（ BP）,Bow en disease（ BD） and squamous cell carcinoma（ SCC）. Methods The expressions of PDCD4 and survivin were detected in normal foreskin（ n = 10）,CA（ n = 30）,BP（ n = 28）,BD（ n = 10） and SCC（ n = 11） with immunohistochemical techniques. Results The expression of PDCD4 in BP,BD and SCC was significantly lower than that in foreskin control（ P〈0. 05）,and it was lower in SCC than in CA（ P〈0. 05）. The expression of survivin in both BD and SCC was significantly higher than that in control（ P〈0. 05）,and it was higher in SCC than in CA（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions PDCD4 can inhibit benign neoplasms from malignant transformation. The overexpression of survivin can inhibit cell apoptosis and promote proliferation.
