摘　　要：随着种植技术的不断发展与改进,口腔种植学得到了飞速的发展,但仍然面临着一些问题与挑战。特别是附着龈的功能与重建问题,上颌窦底提升术的相关技术难度以及前牙美学区的牙种植技术。本文就"争鸣与共识"种植论坛(第一季)的讨论结果,针对上述三大疑难问题达成共识,以期更好地推动口腔种植技术的发展与进步。With the advancements of various implant techniques, oral implantation has achieved great improvements. But dental implantation still faced some problems and challenges. There are three main concerned problems： the function and reconstruction of attached gingiva, related techniques of maxillary sinus elevation, and dental implantation in anterior aesthetic region. The consensus reached in this dental implantation forum, may promote the development of dental implantation in China.
