颌骨囊肿开窗减压术治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨开窗减压术在颌骨囊肿治疗中的效果。方法 :对18例颌骨囊肿病例在囊肿摘除术前进行开窗减压术,观察6个月,通过CBCT等测量囊腔周围骨质再生情况及囊肿大小变化。结果:18例颌骨囊肿经减压术6个月后,囊肿体积明显缩小,原压迫吸收的骨质再生,颌骨外形逐渐恢复,差异有统计学意义。结论:颌骨囊肿开窗减压术具有操作简单,能最大程度保留颌骨的外形及功能,减小手术创伤。Objective： To evaluate clinical curative effect on fenestration decompression in treatment of jaw cysts. Methods： Eighteen cases of jaw cysts in cyst fenestration decompression were done by CBCT pre-operative and 6 months post-operative, the cavity size and the variation of jaw around cysts was digitally measured. Results：There were statistical significance of the differences in the cavity size. Jaw shape gradually restored at 6 months post-operation. Conclu-sions： The fenestration decompression in jaw cyst has the advantages of simple operation, can effectively maintain the contour of the jaws, and reduced operation trauma.
