摘　　要：神经内分泌癌为一种来源于神经内分泌系统的恶性肿瘤,多发生于具有内分泌功能的器官和组织,而发生于口腔颌面部的神经内分泌癌,无论原发或转移均较为少见。本文报道发生于右侧下颌下腺神经内分泌癌1例,并结合相关文献回顾分析,对该类疾病的流行病学特点、临床表现、诊断和治疗及预后等方面做相关介绍。Neuroendocrine carcinoma is a kind of malignant tumor which originates from neuroendocrine system. It arises more often in the organs and tissues with endocrine functions, while rarely in the oral and maxillofacial region, and both the primary and metastatic neuroendocrine carcinomas are very rare. In this article, we reported 1 case of primary neuroendocrine carcinoma of the right submandibular gland, analyzed this disease retrospectively with relevant literatures both at home and abroad, and then introduced the epidemiological characters, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatments and prognosis of this kind of tumor in detail.
