摘  要:目的探讨生物反馈电刺激对脑梗死患者瘫肢肌力及水肿症状的影响。方法选择2011年1月至2014年9月在廊坊市第四人民医院住院治疗的136例脑梗死患者为研究对象,均有不同程度的上下肢肌力下降,其中伴有下肢水肿者52例。按入院顺序随机分组,奇数入对照组,偶数入电刺激组,每组68例。对照组采用传统基础治疗与运动康复治疗,电刺激组在对照组基础上实施运动障碍肌群电刺激治疗。观察2个疗程后两组患者瘫肢肌力恢复及水肿症状改善情况。结果对照组上肢和下肢肌力分级均比治疗前有所增加,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.30,P>0.05;χ2=2.18,P>0.05);电刺激组上肢和下肢肌力分级均比治疗前明显增加(χ2=16.07,P<0.05;χ2=15.40,P<0.05),并显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.94,P<0.05;χ2=10.23,P<0.05);两组患者治疗后上肢与下肢肌力恢复情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);电刺激组下肢水肿症状明显改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.95,P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激有助于脑梗死患者瘫肢肌力的恢复及水肿症状的改善。Objective To discuss the impact of biofeedback electrical stimulation on limb muscle strength and edema symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 136 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were choosed as the research objects in the Langfang Fourth People's Hospital between January 2011 to September 2014. All patients had muscle strength decline in different degrees, including 52 cases with lower extremity edema. Patients were randomly assigned according to admission order; odd numbers of admission order were assigned into the control group; even admission numbers were assigned into the electrical stimulation group, 68 cases in each group. Traditional treatment and sports rehabilitation therapy were performed in the control group,and electrical stimulation group was performed in the electrical stimulation group on the basis of implementing traditional treatment and sports rehabilitation therapy. Limb muscle strength and oedema symptoms were observed after two course of treatment. Results Muscle strength of upper and lower limb increased but not significant after treatment in the control group(χ^2=2.30,P〉0.05;χ^2=2.18,P〉0.05).Muscle strength of upper limb and lower limb were significantly increased after treatment in the electrical stimulation group(χ^2=16.07, P〈0.05;χ^2=15.40,P〈0.05),and was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^2=7.94, P〈0.05;χ^2=10.23, P〈0.05). There were no statistically significant difference in the recovery of upper limb and lower limb muscle between two groups( P〉0. 05). Symptoms of edema in lower extremity improved significantly in the electrical stimulation group when compared with that of control group(χ^2=4.95,P〈0.05). Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation could help the recovery of limb muscle strength and improvement of oedema symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction.
