摘  要:目的探讨谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)在牙周炎(PDT)患者龈沟液和血清中的水平及其临床意义。方法选取2012年1月至2014年6月我院确诊治疗的PDT患者82例作为PDT组,同期选取体检中心健康人员10例作为健康组,采用龈沟液测量仪检测龈沟液中GPX、生化比色法检测血清中GPX水平,统计分析所有受试者龈沟液和血清中GPX水平、PDT组患者治疗前后牙龈指数(GI)、探诊深度(PD)和附着丧失(AL),采用Pearson分析法分析GPX水平与GI、PD、AL的相关性。结果 PDT组患者龈沟液和血清中GPX水平明显低于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后PDT患者GI、PD、AL水平低于治疗前,龈沟液和血清中GPX水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson分析法结果显示,龈沟液中GPX水平与GI无关(r=0.178,P>0.05),与PD、AL呈负相关(r=-4.136,P<0.05;r=-5.468,P<0.05)。结论龈沟液和血清中GPX水平可有效反映PDT患者的抗氧化能力,可作为牙周组织状态的重要参考指标,值得临床作进一步推广。Objective To discuss the clinical significance of glutathione peroxidase(GPX) levels in gingiva crevicular fluid(GCF) and serum of patients with periodontitis(PDT). Methods 82 patients with PDT were selected from January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospitals as PDT group; 10 cases of healthy physical examination center staff were selected at the same period as the healthy group. Periotron gingival crevicular fluid meter was used to detect gingival sulcus liquid GPX;biochemical colorimetry was used to detect serum GPX. The GPX levels in GCF and serum, gingival index(GI), probing depth(PD) and attachment loss(AL) of the PDT patients before and after treatmnent were analyzed.The GPX levels, GI,PD and AL correlations were analyzed by Pearson statistics. Results GPX levels in GCF and serum of the PDT patients were significantly lower than those of the health group(P〈0.05). The GI, PD and AL levels of the PDT patients after treatment were significantly lower than those of before treatment, while the GPX levels were significantly higher that those of before treatment(P〈0.05). GPX levels had no correlation with the GI(r =0.178, P〉0.05), and negatively correlated with PD and AL(r=-4.136,P〈0.05;r=-5.468,P〈0.05). Conclusion GPX levels in GCF and serum can effectively reflect the antioxidant capacity of PDT patients and as an important reference index for periodontal tissue status.
