摘  要:目的探讨干细胞标志物Nanog,p63和CD44s在皮肤基底细胞癌(BCC)组织中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测干细胞标志物Nanog,p63和CD44s在30例基底细胞癌和10例正常皮肤组织中的表达。结果 Nanog细胞膜着色,在BCC中弱表达,正常皮肤不表达,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。p63细胞核着色,在BCC和正常皮肤中均有表达,BCC中强表达,两组间表达p63的强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。CD44s细胞膜着色,在BCC中极少表达,正常皮肤中表达,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论干细胞标志物Nanog,CD44s和p63在BCC中具有不同程度的表达。Objective To investigate expression of stem cell markers Nanog, p63, and CD44s in basal cell carcinoma (BCC). Methods Tissue samples were obtained from 30 patients with BCC and 10 normal individuals. The expression of Nanog, p63, and CD44s was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in the sam- pies. Methods Weak expression of Nanog was observed in the cytomembrane of BCC. Negative expression of Nanog in normal skin was observed. The difference in expression of Nanog was significant between BCC and normal skin ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Expression of p63 was observed in the nucleus of BCC and normal skin. There was significant difference in expression intensity of p63 between BCC and normal skin ( P 〈 0. 005 ). Rare expression of CD44s was observed in the cytomembrane of BCC. Intensive expression of CIM4s in normal skin was detected. The difference in expression of CIM4s was significant ( P 〈 0. 005 ) between BCC and normal skin. Conclusion Degree of expression of Nanog, p63, and CD44s in BCC was various.
