摘　　要：法医动物学是一门新兴的法医学分支,随着动物保护观念的增强和动物司法实践的需要,对法医动物学进行系统研究日益重要。法医动物学是以与法律纠纷有关的动物为研究对象的一门综合学科,其研究内容广泛,学科体系复杂,包含了法医动物病理学、法医动物损伤学、法医动物分子生物学、法医动物形态学及法医动物物证学等学科内容,并在实践中有广泛的应用。目前,我国法医动物学尚处于初步研究阶段,国外研究偏重于动物法医实践检验研究,其技术水平较高。但是从整体上来看,各国的法医动物学都未形成体系化研究。With greater public awareness of animal protection and the needs of juridical practice relating to animals, a systematic study of forensic zoology, a new branch of forensic science is heenming increasingly important. As a comprehensive discipline studying the animals involved in legal dispt,tes, forensic zoology is widely applied in practice, and has rich research contents and a eomplex disciplinary system composed of forensic zoopathology, forensic zoology traunmtology, forensic zoology molecular biology, forensic zoology morphology, forensic zoology physical evidence and other disciplines. At present, while China still remains on the initial stage of this field, many foreign counties lay particular stress on examination research anti have higher level of technology in the study of forensic zoology. On the whole, the frame of systematic research hasn＇t formed at home or abroad.
