老年皮肤瘙痒症中医外治法的现代文献研究

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的中医外治方法、药物、穴位、使用规律,为老年瘙痒的中医外治提供借鉴。方法从中国期刊全文数据库中搜索相关文献,建立外治方法数据库,进行统计分析。结果在收集到的合格文献中,整理出外治处方45张和针灸处方22张,其中使用频率最高的药物为苦参、地肤子、白鲜皮,药物归经以肝、心经为主,使用最多的穴位为曲池、血海。结论中医外治老年瘙痒有规律可循,根据文献分析所发现的治法、用药、取穴规律与该病的病机、病证相符,为本病中医临床治疗的规范化提供了参考依据。Objective To explore the external therapy of TCM, drugs, acupoint and usage rule for treatment of senile pruritus, and provide reference for external therapy of TCM in the treatment of senile pruritus. Methods Research database of external therapy was established through computer retrieval CNKI, and detailed statistical analysis. Results Getting 45 external prescriptions and 22 acupuncture prescrip-tions, in which the highest frequency of drugs are Matrine, Fructus Kochiae, and Cortex dictam, channel tropism are mainly liver and heart, and the most used acupoints are Quchi（LI11） and Xuehai（SP10）. Conclusion The external therapy of TCM for senile pruritus has a rule to follow; the treatment, medication and acupoint rule according to the literature analysis correspond to pathogenesis of this disease.It provided reference for the standardization of clinical treatment of TCM in this disease.
