摘　　要：临床实习,是每一位医学生将前期所学知识、技能运用到实战的大练兵,是检验教与学的实验室。从重视进科热身、改进带教方法、注重人文熏陶、检验实习质量四个方面探讨了提高实习生综合能力的教学改革措施,科学实用,收效良好。Clinical intern is a good training chance for a pre-medical student who can apply their knowledge and skills to the field of operations, and is a laboratory for teaching and learning. We explored teaching reform measures for improving comprehensive ability of trainee from four aspects： paying attention to warm up before entering into our department, improving teaching methods, focusing on human influence and testing the quality of training. It is scientific, practical and effective.
