摘　　要：目的:了解本科护生对专业导师配置的态度和要求,为辅导员和专业导师学生工作双轨制的实施创造条件;方法:使用自制封闭式《专业导师需求调查问卷》对我校护理专业和临床医学专业本科学生进行问卷调查;结果:大多数本科护生认为"配置专业导师"是有必要的;结论:专业导师应是全程式的,他们以朋友和顾问的身份,利用专业的丰富经验帮助学生解决学业和职业发展问题。Objective： understanding of undergraduate nursing student attitude and demand of professional instructors configuration, to create conditions for the implementation of counselors and professional tutor student work double track system. Methods using self-made closed type ＂professional tutor needs questionnaire＂ on our professional nursing and clinical medicine professional undergraduate students were questionnaire; results： the majority of undergraduate nursing students considered that the ＂configuration of professional teacher＂ is necessary. Conclusion： professional instructors should is the whole program, they to friend and adviser of the identity, the professional experience help students to solve the problems in study and career development.
