摘　　要：城镇化需要地质环境安全作保障,城镇建设需要地质工作先行。城镇建设的地质环境安全主要受控于地质环境条件组合及其变化,地质环境变化主要体现为边界条件、初始条件和激发条件的变化。城镇建设地质安全评价的方法论需要整体论指导以实现定性,需要分割论指导以实现定量分析。城镇建设过程中地质环境开发利用或工程规划建设误区初步划分为理念误导型、主观蛮干型、盲目扩张型和管理失控型等四种类型,描述了每种类型的基本特征,列举了对应的具体案例,分析了形成悲剧性或灾难性后果的原因。Geology is necessary for safety of urbanization,or alternatively,geological survey is of first importance for urban construction. Geological safety is dependent on combination and its changes of geoenvironmental conditions which consist of boundary,initial and vitalizing aspects. Methodology of assessing geological safety includes holism and reductionism in which the former is to determine the nature,and the latter is for quantitative analysis. The wrong types of land use in urbanization of mountainous area can be divided into idea misdirect,subjective command,blindness overspread and lose control of management. Each of four types has been described that includes its basic characteristics,case,tragedy and causation.
