摘　　要：针对实际装配制造过程中广泛存在的三维尺寸链,文中提出利用空间向量来表示三维尺寸链,并建立了计算三维尺寸链偏差的数学模型,得到了三维尺寸链的偏差传递公式。根据偏差传递公式中的敏感度矩阵,能直观地分析各组成环偏差对封闭环偏差的影响。最后采用一个实例对该方法进行了展示。This paper puts forward a representation method for 3-D dimension chain, which widely exists in the actual assembly and manufacturing process. By using the space vector to represent 3-D dimension chain,a mathematical model is built to calculate the 3-D dimension chain deviation,and the deviation transfer formula is also obtained. The sensitivity matrix in the formula reflects the influence of each composition ring deviation on the closed loop deviation. Finally,an example is demonstrated to show the method.
