高龄白内障患者两种切口手术的比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2种切口手术治疗高龄白内障患者的疗效。方法选择142例高龄白内障患者,将患者随机均分成2组(n=71),对照组采取现代白内障囊外摘除术治疗,观察组采取小切口非超声乳化囊外摘除术治疗,对比2种手术的疗效。结果对照组和观察组的视力恢复情况差异无统计学意义。对照组出现3例瞳孔轻度上移、2例晶体后囊膜破裂、4例角膜水肿、2例前房积血、2例虹膜色素播散、3例纤维素性渗出膜,并发症发生率为22.5%。观察组出现1例晶体后囊膜破裂、1例角膜水肿、1例纤维素性渗出膜,并发症发生率为4.2%。观察组的并发症发生率显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比现代白内障囊外摘除术,小切口非超声乳化囊外摘除术治疗高龄白内障患者的安全性较高,值得推广。Objective The curative effect of two kinds of incision operation in senile cataract patients. Methods The research object is the choice of 142 cases of senile cataract patients, patients were divided into two groups, the control group take modem extracapsular cataract extraction, the observation group received small incision non phacoemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction, curative effect of two operation. Results In the control group and the observation group and the visual acuity had no significant difference, the complication of the group was significantly less than the control group. Conclusion Compared with extracapsular cataract, small incision non high security phacoemulsification extracapsular cataract surgery in the treatment of senile cataract patients, is worthy of promotion.
