摘　　要：目的探讨中医治疗胃癌的临床方法。方法选取2011年收治的35例胃癌患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行分析与讨论。结果通过对35例胃癌住院患者临床资料的分析总结,发现在治疗上多采用扶正为主的方剂治疗胃癌,其中以六君子汤的使用最为广泛。结论中医治疗胃癌主要有益气健脾,化痰散结,行气消滞,活血化瘀,清热解毒等方法,治疗胃癌主要采用整体调节止痛,辩证止痛,外用止痛等方法。同时,温通降浊解毒法也是治疗胃癌的较好方法。Objective To investigate the clinical approach of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer. Methods 2011 patients were treated 35 cases of gastric cancer for the study, analysis and discussion of the clinical data. Results 35 patients with gastric cancer inpatients summary analysis of clinical data, found that in the treatment of righting the main use of the prescription treatment of gastric cancer, which is the most extensive. Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer mainly Spleen Qi, phlegm, blood circulation, detoxification and other methods, the treatment of gastric cancer mainly overall adjustment pain, pain dialectical, topical analgesics and other methods. Meanwhile, Wen Tong Jiangzhuo detoxify method is a good method of treatment of gastric cancer.
