云南白药与泮托拉唑联用方案治疗消化性溃疡出血78例临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨云南白药与泮托拉唑联用方案治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床效果。方法随机选取2011年6月~2012年7月份因消化性溃疡出血于我院进行治疗的患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组患者41例（采用云南白药与泮托拉唑联用方案治疗）,对照组患者37例（采用传统治疗）,回顾性研究两组患者的临床疗效果。结果两组患者均为出现肝肾功能损伤、皮肤过敏等严重不良反应。观察组总有效率为93.1%,对照组总有效率为70.3%,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论云南白药与泮托拉唑联用治疗方案是较为理想的治疗方法,具有效果显著,安全性高的优点。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Yunnan Baiyao combined with pantoprazole for the treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage. Methods From June 2011 to July 2012, 78 patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage were randomly selected in our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group（treated with Yunnan Baiyao combined with pantoprazole） 41 patients, control group（treated with traditional method） 37 patients, the clinical efficacy were observed and analyzed. Results There were liver and kidney function damage, skin allergies and other serious adverse reactions in both groups. The total effective rate of observation group was 93.1%, the total effective rate of control group was 70.3%, after statistical analysis, P0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao combined with pantoprazole therapy is an ideal method of treatment, it has the advantages of obvious effect and high safety.
