摘　　要：基于网络中心战理念,美国陆军提出建设作战人员信息网(WIN-T)。WIN-T是美军全球信息栅格(GIG)陆军部分的延伸,是美军陆战网的关键组成部分,可为战场上的分散部队提供大容量和高机动性通信。文章概述了WIN-T的研发动因,分析了四个任务"增量"的网络结构与主要功能,总结了其主要特点。Based on the concept of network-centric warfare, the Army proposed the building Warfighter Information Network-Tactical （WIN-T）. WIN-T is the USArmy Global Information Grid （GIG） extends the Army part, is a key compo- nent of the US LandWarNet can provide high capacity and high mobility communication to disperse troops on the battle- field. This article provides an overview of the development of motivation, the analysis of the four tasks ＂increment＂ of the network structure and main functions, summarizes its main features, for the establishment of the new army tactical Internet architecture, to enhance our military＇s ability to provide information and communication reference and reference.
