摘　　要：目的探讨母婴护理专科护士培训方法,提高母婴护理专业水平。方法将PDCA循环管理法引入母婴护理专科护士培训中,通过计划(Plan)、实施(Do)、检查(Cheek)、处理(Action)的具体措施的实施,对母婴护理专科护士进行培训和考核。结果 116名母婴护理专科护士一次通过率为99.14%,二次通过率为100%。结论 PDCA循环管理法应用于母婴护理专科护士培训中,有效地提高母婴护理专科护士专业知识、操作技能和护理工作能力,提高护理质量和护理安全。Objective Investigating Maternal and infant care specialist nurse training methods, to improve the professional level of maternal and infant care. Methods Introducing the PDCA cycle management method from total quality management into the training of clinical nurse specialists in maternal and infant care. In the training and evaluation of the specialized nurses ,took specific measures in each steps of PDCA cy- cle. Results The one -pass rate is 99.14% among the 116 specialized nurses, and the pass rate is 100% with a second try. Conclusion The PDCA cycle management method improve the professional knowledge, practice skills and nursing ability of nurses effectively, and improve the quality and safety of nursing.
