摘  要:即插即充的无序充电会对电网稳定性造成巨大威胁,基于此,建立了充电站综合控制系统。针对充电规划时需考虑功率分配和电池充电特性,提出了一种充电站功率和时间分配控制策略。该策略通过理论建模将充电控制过程转化为微小时间段的近似线性规划问题,经系统测试,可在满足用户基本充电要求的情况下,尽量减少对电网稳定性和电池寿命的影响。Because disorderly charging posed a huge threat to the stability of power grid,the comprehensive control system of charging station was established. For the reason that both the power distribution and the battery characteristic should be considered during charging planning,a control method of power and time allocation( PTAICM) was proposed for charging station,in which the charging control process was converted to short time approximate linear programming problem,through theoretic modeling. The test result proves that it can meet the basic charging requirements of users,as well as minimize the impact on the stability of power grid and battery life.
